Additionally, approximately 56% of links in AI overviews match the top 100 organic links, while 73% match the top 10, raising concerns about content accuracy and reliability. The research also highlighted that 46% of relationship queries, 33% of food and beverage queries, and 23% of business queries trigger AI overview responses. Notably, high niche environments, such as healthcare and legal sectors, see AI overview and ads triggered simultaneously 65% of the time, spotlighting the growing complexity of search results.
