Yelp has launched a new Questions & Answers feature that will let users post questions to a business page to be answered by other people in the Yelp community.
This feature will also let business owners as well as other users. These questions can have multiple answers and they can be marked as either “helpful” or “not helpful.”
Yelp users can also opt in to receive notification updates, like when questions get new answers. This feature is available on iPhone, Android, & desktop.
